Third time, seems like she decided without informing me (before starting) to charge me more (463 euro) for doing something horrible on my hair (you can see in the pictures). She said she is doing extra treatment for ,,removing metal from my hair'' (previously, when I paid 300, she always included extra care hair treatment, so I have no idea why suddenly I am paying almost half a thousand euros). My hair looked horrible, as you can see in the pictures. To be fair I want to mention that she offered me to visit her salon and ,fix it'' (which I accepted) it looked a bit better, but as we know what's once bleached is bleached. At the beginning, I was hesitating to write this negative review, but the unacceptable behavior of the hairdreser made me decide to leave it: recently I noticed she posted a video with my image on social media. I asked them to remove it (my face was after surgery on that video) and she ignored my message for a couple of days and didn't remove it, which i feel shows lack of respect to the customer. Have been coming to Dinelle for several years now for the keratine and color and was never disappointed.
